Decisions can then be made as to what repairs, if any, need to be performed to improve the condition of the home in order to prepare it for sale.

Schedule a Home Warranty Inspection prior to the expiration of the builder's warranty and receive a concise report detailing all aspects of the home that require the builder's attention. Ordering a Home Warranty Inspection will ensure that repairs are performed while your coverage is still in effect.
