During A Home Inspection:
We identify all major deficiencies and most minor deficiencies in the basement, foundation and structure, in addition to the systems: plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, insulation, interior walls, floors, rails, ceilings, attic spaces, crawl spaces, garage, and fireplace.

Inspection Services:

• Home Inspection: Non-invasive visual examination of the condition of a home for pre-listing, pre-purchase, and real estate transaction inspections.
  
  
• Pest Inspection: Pest inspections are required for some loans in some areas to determine if there is an infestation of wood-boring insects or other pests in the home.
  
  
• Manufactured Home Inspection: Manufactured home inspections involve inspecting mobile homes, trailer homes, double wides, factory housing, and modular homes for defects.
