Commercial Inspections: Inspectors On Duty provides a team of Professionals, following the (ASTM) standards. Our team consists of Certified Environmentalists, Licensed Commercial Electricians, Licensed Commercial Plumbers, HVAC Professionals as well as licensed Civil Engineers.

When the inspection is over, your inspectors will prepare a detailed computerized inspection report in an easy to read format, with digital photos of any defects found during the inspection. Your inspector will deliver your report or email the report directly to you within 2-4 weeks, or you can view your report on our website with a username and password that we will provide to you.

• Commercial Property Inspections: Specialized, (PCA) Property Condition Assessements following (ASTM) standards: including environmental testing, anticipated life expectancies on roofing materials, warranties, mechanical systems, plumbing and electrical, elevators, fire protections. Cost estimates are provided on any necessary structural repairs.
